100 Days Work: The Central Government have to release money, who have worked 100 days to run their family. they have right to work and pay the work. The High Court have ordered the central government to pay of 100 days work from 1st August 2025.
However, central govt. could give the condition for West Bengal but money do not hold the central by no means. Chief Justice of High Court (100 Days Work) has said that, have to start re-again the 100 days work as soon as possible. The Chief Justice T.S. Sivaganam again said it is not to be closed whenever they would want.
The Verdict of 100 Days Work
The Chief Justice added that the central government would necessary steps to shut down the corruptions. 100 days work have been closed and not to be paid yet. These propaganda, complaints was doing to people the ruling party.
Mamata Bandyopadhyay and Abhishek Bandyopadhyay sat on a protest for the demand of the money (100 days). Now the state government got the great relief after the verdict of High Court. The Chief Justice said that, the central government will make new rules for the West Bengal.
If the Central Govt. will want to transfer the money directly in beneficiaries account (DBT System). They could be investigated by the agency for closing corruptions. It will be investigated all the district regarding 100 days work.
The given money have been closed by the central from December, 2021. There are complaints looted enough money through corruptions as much as under scheme. Suvendu Adhikari has lodged a complaint in favour of deprived peoples. Then come to central team from Delhi. The ruling party will procession, protest from the deprivation of central government at the time of past Lok Sabha Vote.

BJP VS Trinamul conversation about 100 days work
The ruling party got relief a little upcoming 2026 vote. BJP spokeperson Shamik Bhattacharya said that the central government in same position take money with calculate of 100 days work. But State government said that, they will arrange money in another way which is illegal.
The law says, if there is corruption the central government will keep close for few days. However, they don’t care of BJP party. Trinamul said this is victory of rights. Kunal Ghosh the general secretary of state said that, the demands of laborer peoples get recognition through the verdict of high court.
