How Make a King, People of Panna, Madhya Pradesh

At the district of Panna in Madhya Pradesh, a lease of an 8-metre-long mining area is given; the annual lease price rate is 200. Every three months here is a bid on those that will be got from the mine. They come from outside to participate in the bid. Every participant has agreed on the final bids. The final bid amount at the auction is considered the ultimate price. There is no argument on the final auction, and then 12% tax has to be given to the government on the final auction. Among the 12% tax, 11% is royalty, and 1% includes TDS. The remaining money will be given to Rachana Goldar for discovering the diamonds.
